OUR PROCESS
Each phase of the process is documented and collected in a Technical Dossier which becomes the reference for the quality and scientific rationale of each of our products.
We collect data and documents that describe the product in detail, from design to after-sales surveillance.
TECHNICAL DOSSIER
- The technical datasheets of the raw material: even before contacting the Producer, we interface with the Supplier of the raw materials, requesting the Technical Data Sheet of the individual substance, in order to be able to analyze them (titration, extraction method, etc.) and evaluate what is considered most suitable for the specific formulation.
- Description of the compositional characteristics
- Documentation on the modalities and methods of analysis used for the determination and control of the contents of the characterizing substances declared on the label.
- Stability tests.
- Bioaccessibility, bioavailability, cytotoxicity and efficacy studies, performed by the NutriScience accredited research institute or by other partner institutes. Postmarketing surveillance outcomes.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The customer has the opportunity to develop the product with known active ingredients, or to undertake a more specific and targeted research path, working on the synthesis of the active ingredient or developing new ways of extracting it, thanks to the tested and intense collaboration with the of research Universities of the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, of the G. D’Annunzio of Chieti and of the Federico II of Naples.
The scientific rationale behind each of our formulations is documented by a Bibliographic research carried out in collaboration with the Partner Universities and by a Review certified and drawn up by them.
